Welcome to MewDrops. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.mewdrops.com (the "Site") and all purchases of products made through our store.

By accessing our Site or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

Eligibility: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders for any reason at any time at our sole discretion.

2. Products, Market Pricing & Availability

TCG Market Volatility: Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products and collectibles are subject to rapid market price fluctuations. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Inventory & Quantity Limits: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities of any products that you may order (e.g., household caps on high-demand releases).
Errors & Omissions: We make every effort to display product details and images accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the site are error-free. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refund any orders placed at the incorrect price.

3. All Sales Final & Cancellation Policy

By placing an order on our Site, you acknowledge and agree to our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy:

All Sales Final: Due to the nature of sealed collectible TCG products and risks associated with market fluctuations and product tampering, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered.
Order Cancellations: You may request to cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped. All approved cancellations are subject to a mandatory 10% restocking/processing fee. The remaining 90% of your order total will be refunded to your original payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Fulfillment: Orders are processed and shipped according to our standard dispatch timelines. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the parcel to the shipping carrier.
Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to customer address errors.
Carrier Delays & Loss: We are not liable for transit delays caused by shipping carriers or weather conditions. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

5. Pre-Orders & Allocations

If you purchase a product marked as a Pre-Order:

Payment is collected in full at the time the order is placed.
Estimated ship dates for pre-order items are subject to change based on manufacturer (The Pokémon Company International) release schedules and distributor delivery timelines.
Distributor Cuts / Shortages: In the rare event that manufacturer allocations are cut and we receive less inventory than allocated, orders will be fulfilled in the sequence they were received. Any unfulfilled pre-orders will be canceled and refunded in full (exempt from restocking fees).

6. User Conduct & Fraud Prevention

You agree not to use our Site or services:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
To submit false or misleading information (including fraudulent payment methods or stolen credentials).
To use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to bypass purchase limits or hoard inventory.

We reserve the right to immediately cancel orders and ban accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, bot usage, or fraudulent chargebacks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MewDrops shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or products purchased from us, including but not limited to loss of profits, market depreciation of collectibles, or carrier delivery failures.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
