Thank you for shopping with us! Because we handle authentic, sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products and collectibles, our store operates under strict inventory policies to protect product integrity and market fairness.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. All Sales Final (No Returns or Refunds)

Due to the volatile nature of the TCG market, as well as strict quality assurance against product tampering or resealing:

  • All purchases are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered.

  • Please ensure you double-check your order details, shipping address, and item quantities before completing checkout.

2. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change! You may request to cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped.

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can only be canceled prior to the issuance of a shipping label or fulfillment notice.

  • Restocking Fee: All approved cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking/processing fee.

  • Refund Amount: You will receive a refund equal to the original purchase price minus the 10% restocking fee back to your original method of payment.
